           Chapter 22 The Strangers
           Ferncliff
           Visitor's Room
           July 10, 1999
           10 AM

''Julie, some of your former collegues are coming by to observe you for their
psychological studies,'' Dr. Rimmer said pleasantly.
''Oh, so some of my former co-workers want to become shrinks. Interesting!''
           Julie said with curiosity.
Dr. Rimmer nodded, ''Yes, and the majority voted to come here to observe
           you.''
           ''Lucky me,'' Julie said sarcastically.
''Julie, you should be honored. You beat out Greg Cooper, and Carly
Benson Quartermaine,'' Dr. Rimmer said excitedly.
''Whatever,'' Julie said rolling her eyes, ''Just bring them in, I need to take
           my dog for a walk.''
''You don't have a dog,'' Dr. Rimmer objected.
           ''Exactly!'' Julie snapped.
''I'll be right back,'' Dr. Rimmer said quickly.

           2 minutes later

Julie sat at the table waiting impatiently for her visitors to arrive.
''If that Chris Ramsey shows up, I am finally going to kill him for playing
that cruel April Fool's Joke on me. Trying to convince me that Greg Cooper
was really the General Homicide Murderer. Of all the nerve!,'' Julie said
           angrily.
Suddenly the door swung open and Julie saw three complete strangers staring
           at her.
''Julie, It's so lovely to see you. It's been far to long since we have seen each
other,'' The Africa-American Woman said cheerfully then gave her a hug.
''I don't know who you people are but I have never seen you three before. In
fact, I didn't even work with you three at General Hospital either,'' Julie said
           looking confused.
''Julie, it's me, Karen. Remember, how you were there for me when Jagger
sent me the divorce papers,'' Karen chuckled.
''Julie, it's me, Ellen. Remember, I was the Chief Resident when you started
as a Intern at General Hospital,'' Ellen said casually.
''Julie, it's me, Joe. Don't you remember that you used to date my brother,''
           Joe muttered.
''Stop mumbling, whoever you are,'' Julie yelled.
           ''I don't mumble,'' Joe shouted.
''Yes, you do,'' Karen and Ellen nodded in agreement.
''Why didn't you ever tell me that I mumble,'' Joe muttered.
''What?'' Ellen and Karen asked loudly.
           ''Nevermind,'' Joe yelled.
''Look, I don't know what kind of sick joke you are playing on me. But you
three aren't Karen, Joe or Ellen. See,'' Julie said angrily then pulled out a
picture from her jean shirt pocket.
''Ah, Julie, that picture is us. It was from the from the 1998 Christmas Staff
GH Party,'' Karen said shaking her head.
''Julie, you are delusional. Why don't you get some rest, we can finish our
psychological studies another day,'' Ellen said with compassion.
''Julie, How you could forget me. You used to live at our house,'' Joe said
           speaking very slowly and clearly.
''Well, the man has finally learned to speak,'' Julie said sarcastically. ''But
that doesn't make you, Joe Scanlon.''
''Julie, Do you want me to call Dr. Rimmer. Perhaps it is time for your
medication,'' Ellen said looking very concern.
''Get out, before I kill you all!'' Julie shouted.
''And she means that!'' Karen said looking scared.
''Let's go!'' Ellen said running toward the door.
''I knew we should of picked Greg Cooper instead,'' Joe mumbled.
''What did he say?'' Ellen whispered as she knocked on the door.
''Beats me, something about being super. Who cares! Let's get out of this
place,'' Karen whispered back as all three walked quickly out of the room.
''I don't care who those people claim they are. I know they aren't Joe, Karen
and Ellen,'' Julie said with determination.

           2 Hours Later
           The Pay Phone Area

''Fox Mulder, FBI,'' The man said on other line.
Julie looked around quickly to make sure no one was around, then said,
''Mr. Mulder, My name is Dr. Julie Devlin and I need to see you as soon as
possible. There is something strange happening to certain people of Port
           Charles.''

           Chapter 23  The Drive
On Route to Ferncliff From Rochester
           Prison Van
           July 24, 1999
           5:30 pm
''Julie, did you have a lovely time at the psychiatrist convention in Rochester
today?'' Hannah Scott asked pleasantly as she petted a dog beside her.
''Oh, yes, you could say that! If you like being analyzed by over 5000 shrinks,
that is. I wish Dr. Rimmer never convinced me to participate in that
convention. I only said yes, to get away from Ferncliff for the day!'' Julie said
as she looked up to the front of the van, from her bars in the back seat.
Well, that is a good reason to go to the convention, Julie. I'm glad you went
           to it,'' Hannah grinned.
''Why are you driving me home instead of those Ferncliff Guards? Aren't you
Sonny Corthinos girlfriend or something. Are you planning to break me out
for your boyfriend Sonny, with help from the trusty Spencer dog?'' Julie
asked eagerly from her bars in the back seat.
''No, Julie, you are not going anywhere!! See, I am really Agent Scott of the
FBI. Foster here, is as my new partner-in-training. My instructions were to
make sure that you reached Ferncliff safely,'' Hannah said calmly turning
           around.
''I bet that dog is better agent than you are! Since when do FBI agents sleep
with the man, who they are supposed to bust, Hannah! Is that a new policy of
           the FBI?'' Julie said sarcastically.
''I had to sleep with Sonny. How else could I get him to trust me? Now I am
getting closer than ever to put away that mobster away for life,'' Hannah said
           confidently.
''Right. And if you think I believe that. Then I
am not the General Homicide Killer,'' Julie said sarcastically.
''But you are the General Homicide Killer!'' Hannah objected.
           ''Exactly!'' Julie spoke sharply.
Hannah said nothing, turned around then continued to drive.
Meanwhile Julie snickered in the back and said to herself, ''Got you, Agent
Scott. You couldn't outwit Homer Simpson if you tried.''
''Oh, look!! Chloe Morgan is having car trouble. Let's help her out.'' Hannah
           said cheerfully.
''At the rate she is going today, all of Port Charles will know she is an
undercover FBI agent by noon,'' Julie said rolling her eyes.
A few minute later, Chloe enter the passenger side while Hannah returned to
           the driver seat.
''Thank so much for driving me back into town, Agent Scott. I can't believe I
ran out of gas,'' Chloe said smiling.
''Well, it happens to the best of us.... Anyways, Chloe Morgan meet Dr. Julie
           Devlin,'' Hannah said causally.
''Not nice to meet you. How dare you kill all those people in Port Charles,''
           Chloe said smiling.
''Are you trying to look angry? Because if you are, you should try eliminated
smiling. It might work better on the people that you are ticked with,'' Julie
           chuckled.
''Julie, that's enough. Be quiet or speak nicely to my guest!'' Hannah
           demanded.
''Oh, I am being threatened by Agent Scott? I am so scared'' Julie said
           pretending to look frightened.
Hannah ignored her comment then Chloe changed the subject by asking,
''Hannah, isn't that dog you have here in this van, belong to the Spencers?
''Yes, Foster is currently being trained by FBI. I think he is the most talented
dog, I have ever met. For instance, did you know that Foster can drive?''
           Hannah inquired.
''No, I didn't. That's amazing, Agent Scott! Unless you are pulling my leg,
and this is nothing but a big joke!'' Chloe said smiling then chuckled.
''Let me prove it to you, Chloe,'' Hannah said excitedly.
''Okay. But are you really sure, Foster is a good driver. The last thing I want
happening, is an accident. I must confess, I have never drove with a dog
           before!'' Chloe said smiling.
''Chloe, don't worry. Foster is a safe driver! '' Hannah assured.
''Both of you are nuts if you let Foster drive this van!'' Julie complained.
''Dr. Devlin! I am in the one who is charge, not you! And I say, he drives!''
           Hannah yelled.
''Whatever. Don't say I didn't warn you, if we all crash due to this dog,''
           Julie said looking ticked.

           Five minutes later

''I can't believe what a excellent driver Foster is,'' Chloe said smiling.
''I agree with Smiley here. I guess I was wrong about Foster. He can drive
after all!'' Julie said in shock.
''And to think, that the both of you were so worried about him,'' Hannah
said confidently as she turned away from Foster and faced Chloe.
''Ah, Hannah. Shouldn't you watching Foster!'' Chloe said sounding concern
           but still smiling.
''No, he knows what he is doing!'' Hannah said casually.
''Then why he is heading toward the end of that cliff!'' Julie shouted.
''Oh no!'' Chloe, Hannah, and Julie yelled as Foster drove the van over the
           cliff.

           B O O M !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

           An Hour Later

''Julie, thank goodness, you are waking up now,'' Frank said looking
           worried.
''What happened? Where am I? The last thing I remember us going over the
cliff?'' Julie asked feeling dazed as she was being put in the ambulance.
''Julie, you were involved in an serious accident and you are in my
ambulance. You were very lucky because you escape without a scratch. I have
to still take you to GH for general observation, but right now, all you need
your rest. Julie, I'm sorry, to tell you this, but Agent Hannah Scott and
Chloe Morgan died in this tragic accident!'' Frank said sadly as he stayed in
the back with her while Emilio started to driving.
''I don't care about those idiots. Foster, did he make it?'' Julie said
           frantically.
''Foster! Luke and Laura's dog. He wasn't here at the scene of accident,''
           Frank said looking baffled.
''He drove off us the cliff. That dog should be arrested for attempted murder
of me!'' Julie said yawning as she fell asleep on the gurney.
Frank started to giggle, and said to himself, ''Foster, drive!!! Attempted
murder by a dog! That is ridiculous! Julie is nuttier than ever if she believes
           that!''

           Chapter 24:  Dr. Rachel Locke

           Ferncliff
           Visitor's Room
           August 2, 1999
           9am

''Julie, I have some exciting news for you. I have located a new psychiatrist
for you. She is coming by any minute for a visit,'' Dr. Rimmer said
           cheerfully.
''Oh, goody!! This shrink better not burst out in song because if she does, I
will not be responsible for her death!'' Julie said looking really ticked.
''Julie, I told you we would never let that Dr. Hardy into Ferncliff again. He
made a joke out of the whole psychiatrist profession by so called counseling
session with you,'' Dr. Rimmer said in disgust.
Then he paused for a minute, then continued, ''Julie. Dr. Locke came highly
recommended. I hope you give her a chance to counsel you. If you don't like
her, remember you always have me and other doctors at Ferncliff!''
''Oh, goody!'' Julie said sarcastically, ''Send the shrink in!''
''Alright. I will. See you later, Julie,'' Dr. Rimmer said as he closed the door.

           2 minutes later.

Dr. Rachel Locke walked inside the visitor's room with her briefcase.
She placed the briefcase on the table, then shook Julie's hand, ''I'm so happy
to meet you, Julie. Hi, I am Dr. Rachel Locke. I'm sure Dr. Rimmer has told
           you all about me.''
''Happy to meet me! Are you nuts? Don't you know I am the crazy General
           Homicide Killer!'' Julie laughed wickedly.
''You were victimized by Greg Cooper. He brainwashed you into committing
those murders! I am here to help you get better!'' Dr. Rachel Locke
           said staring at her intently.
''Don't treat me like a idiot. I am much smarter than you give me credit for.
For your information, Greg never forced me to kill anybody. I committed
those murders by my own free will!'' Julie said smugly.
''Did you say something, Julie?'' Rachel said ruffling through her briefcase
not listening to a word she was saying.
Julie rolled her eyes then said, ''You remind of me of my mother?''
''How?'' Rachel's eyes began to light up.
''She never paid attention to me either,'' Julie snapped.
''Oh, please tell me about your mother?'' Rachel asked with curiosity.
''No!!!! Can we move onto the next subject?'' Julie said coldly.
Rachel looked nervous for a minute, then she regained her composure, and
spoke, ''I want to know about Dr. Kevin Collins and your therapy sessions.
           Why did you drop him?''
''That's none of your darn business!! I don't want to talk about the man who
           betrayed me!!'' Julie snarled.
''How did Kevin betray you?'' Rachel inquired.
Julie yelled, ''He told Mac Scorpio that I was a Star Wars Fan!!''
''Julie, calm down and lower your voice, please...So what, there is lot of
people that like Stars Wars, including myself. What is the big deal?'' Rachel
           asked looking puzzled.
''Let me explain to you, so you understand it clearly, Doc!! Well, a few
months ago, I had broken out of Ferncliff. But before I left town, I had
decided to see Star Wars: The Phantom Menance. Well, Kevin figured out
exactly where I was, and told Mac. They caught me and threw back into
Ferncliff! So, naturally I fired him,'' Julie said angrily.
''Oh, darn!! where is my phone? Oh, here it is!'' Rachel smiled as she dug her
cell phone out her of briefcase.
''Hello??? Is anyone home??? Did you hear one word that I said to you. Is
this how you treat all your patients by ignoring them? Because if that is your
method, I would suggest to keep using it!'' Juile said sarcastically.
''Julie, don't be silly! I heard you, Kevin caught you because he knew you be
           at a Star Trek Movie!''
''It was Star Wars, you fool!'' Julie shouted.
''Stars Wars, Star Trek. Same difference!'' Rachel shrugged her shoulder.
Julie grabbed her throat, started to choke her, then yelled outloud, ''Stars
Wars is much better than Star Trek. They are not the same, Doctor!!!.''
''Help!!'''' Rachel tried to choke out, then pressed the security button for
           assistance.
Suddenly, Dr. Rimmer and the guards burst through the door. Julie ignored
them and kept choking her anyways. Then the guards yanked Julie away
           from Rachel, and handcuffed her.
''Take Julie to her room, immediately,'' Julie ordered.
Then the guards escorted Julie out of the visitor's room leaving the two
           doctors behind.
''Why aren't you taking her to solitaire?'' Rachel asked afterwards as she was
           rubbing her neck.
''Dr. Locke, this is all your fault, not Julie's!!! You aggravated her by saying
Star Trek was better than Star Wars!! What kind of psychiatrist are you, if
you cause your own patient to kill you?'' Dr. Rimmer said looking ticked.
''I am a excellent psychiatrist, Julie is just having a bad day, that's all. I'm
sure she didn't mean to choke me! I'm sure our next session will be more
           successful Rachel smiled.
Dr. Rimmer looked shocked, ''You intend to see Julie again!''
''Of course!! I intend to see Julie again. I will be here next Tuesday at 10 AM.
See you, Dr. Rimmer,'' Rachel grinned widely.
Then Rachel walked calmly out of the visitors room leaving the other
psychiatrist alone. Then, Dr. Rimmer shook his head, shut the door, then
headed down the hallway toward his office.

           A Hour Later
           Julie's Room

Julie paced back and forth in room, ''I can't believe that idiot Dr. Locke is
actually coming back here to counsel me!''
She paused then said suspiciously, ''I don't like or trust her that shrink.....I
wonder what she wants from me. But I intend to find out!!''

           Chapter 25:  Agent Mulder
           Ferncliff
           Visitor's Room
           August 10, 1999

Julie took a sip of her glass of water as she patiently waited for her guest to
arrive at Ferncliff. Then she observed the door open slowly to the visitor's
           room.
''Agent Mulder, I'm so finally glad to meet you. It is about darn time you
came to see me here. I only phone you a month ago but that's no big deal,''
           Julie said sarcastically.
''Sorry, Dr. Devlin. I had a top secret case which delayed my travel plans to
Port Charles. I originally came to Port Charles to investigate the death of
Agent Hannah Scott. We at the FBI, are very sadden about her death. Do
you know why Agent scott lost control of the prison van that fateful day?
Was it her own careless driving that caused her death and Chloe Morgan as
           well?'' Mulder said seriously.
''No, it was that Spencer Dog, Foster. He killed them!! Hannah was an idiot,
for ever letting him drive that day! I was lucky that I survived the fall off the
cliff! I want you to arrest the dog pronto, Agent Mulder!'' Julie ordered.
''Dr. Devlin, you seriously don't think I would actually believe that a dog can
           drive a vechile!'' Mulder chuckled.
''I don't get it, you are the one who chase after Aliens. But yet, you won't
believe me that Foster can drive!'' Julie said in unbelief.
''Julie, your story is a bit far fetched, don't you think. Have you been taking
your medicine lately?'' Mulder asked looking at Julie closely.
''Yes, I have!!! Julie snapped angrily.
''Ok, that's good,'' Mulder said quickly.
Then Mulder paused and changed the subject, ''So, Julie when you called, we
talked about these impostors in Port Charles who are pretending to be your
           friends. Is that correct!''
''Yes, Mulder. And those impostors have completely taken over Karen
Wexler, Ellen Burgress, and Joe Scanlon's lives. Agent Mulder, help me find
my real friends and put these impostor in jail!'' Julie said anxiously.
''Julie, calm down!! There is a perfectly logical explanation for the strange
happenings in Port Charles!'' Mulder said calmly.
''Yes, I know the reason. These impostors have been brainwashing the whole
town into believing they are friends!'' Julie said loudly.
''No, Dr. Devlin. I know you might not believe me, but those impostors are
           your real friends!' Mulder stated.
           ''No, they aren't!!!'' Julie yelled.
''Julie, I thought you might not believe my words. So I brought you
concentrate proof that those people aren't impostors,'' Mulder stated.
           ''Oh, really?'' Julie asked skeptically.
''You can come in,'' Mulder shouted suddendly.
''Who are you talking too? Julie inquired looking puzzled.
           ''My new friend,'' Mulder replied.
Then Julie watched the door opened and observed a stranger stroll into the
           room.
''Welcome to Ferncliff, the funniest place in Port Charles,'' Julie said
           sarcastically.
''Julie, don't you recognize me?'' the stranger asked.
''No,'' Julie said shaking her head.
''Julie, it's me, Nikolas Cassadine,'' he smiled.
''See, I told you! These impostors are everywhere, Agent Mulder!'' Julie said
           looking very upset.
''Julie, This is Nikolas Cassadine. And you are right, this isn't the Nikolas
you have always know. Apparently, Nikolas was infected with a rare disease
that changes your voice, face, and height,'' Mulder stated clearly.
''Is that true, Nikolas?'' Julie asked in shock.
''Yes, Julie. Nobody knows how this disease was picked up but there is no
cure to be found at the moment. Julie, you are only one who has been lucky
enough to notice the Port Charles citizens with this disease,'' Nikolas said
           smiling.
''Well, my dad always told me I was very sharp,'' Julie said beaming, ''Tell
me, who else has been infected by the disease beside Joe, Karen and Ellen?''
''Well, Justus, Edward, and Ned for instance have it. Also, Karen and AJ
have had the disease a few times too,'' Nikolas reported.
''How do you know which people had this disease, Agent Mulder?'' Julie
           asked.
''Oh, they all attend a secret support group for this disease. I followed Joe,
Karen, and Ellen to this meeting, and I found Nikolas there. He then agreed
to speak to you today,'' Mulder said seriously.
''Thank you, Agent Mulder, for explaining these strange happenings in Port
Charles. Next time Karen, Joe or Ellen come to visit me, I will apologize for
my rude behavior,'' Julie said smiling.
''It was my pleasure to help you, Dr. Devlin. Unfortunately, this visit has to
end now because Nikolas and I have important meetings we must attend to
           shortly.'' Mulder said calmly.
''Well, thank you both for coming by!'' Julie grinned.
''Your welcome!'' Nikolas and Mulder smiled.
Then they knocked on the door and departed the room.
Afterwards, Julie sat in her chair quietly for a minute and said nothing.
Then she said to herself, ''I hope I never catch that strange disease! I shudder
to think how I would look like after!!''

           Chapter 26-The Ghosts
           Ferncliff
           The Hallway to Julie's Room.
           August 18, 1999
           10 pm

''Thank you, Julie for having a late counseling service with me. I couldn't
believe that my car broke down of all days and set all my appointments back
today!'' Dr. Rimmer said gratefully as they walked down the hall.
''Oh, no problem. It's not like I have a life here at Ferncliff,'' Julie said
           sarcastically.
''Well, that's the attitude!'' Dr. Rimmer smiled as he opened her door.
Julie shut her door and turned on the lights. To her amazement, she saw five
ghostly figures at her table playing a game of poker.
''Well, isn't it our favorite murderer!'' a deep voice said turning around to
           face her.
           ''Daddy!'' Julie exclaimed.
Devlin eye's sparkled, ''Yes, I am here along with the rest of your victims.
You do remember Jake Marshark, Nurse Grace, John Kanelos, and Dr.
           May.''
Julie eyes widen and she started to scream!!!!!!!

If there something strange in your neighborhood, who are going to call???

           Ghostbusters!!!

           A hour later
           The Visitor's Room

''Thank you all for coming so promptly!'' Julie said anxiously.
''Well, you made the right decison by calling The Spencer Ghostbuster
Agency,'' Luke said smugly holding his proton pack in his arms!
''You can't go wrong by hiring us to eliminate your ghosts,'' Laura grinned
           then kissed her husband quickly.
''We have had 100 percent success in our work,'' Lucky smirked putting his
           proton pack on the table.
''That's great, Lucky. By the way, I heard you escaped from this man called
Faison? How did that happen?'' Julie asked with curiosity.
''Well, the power went out one day in July at the house where he was hiding
me. I just walked my way back home!'' Lucky stated.
''You just walked home?'' Julie asked in unbelief.
''Well, it turns out to be a funny story. Faison had Lucky hidden in a house
five miles away where we presently live!'' Laura chuckled.
''What an idiot he is to do that!!!! Anyways, Well, why I don't show the way
and you can eliminate the problem in my room. I have no problem paying
your fee that you wanted,'' Julie said knocking at the door.
''Excellent, Julie! I'm more than ready to blast those ghosts!'' Luke smirked
as he, Laura, and Lucky headed out the door with their proton packs
           with Julie.

           3 Hours Later.
           Julie's Room

''Luke!! What kind of ghostbuster business are you running if you continue
to play poker with the ghosts!'' Julie yelled.
''Julie! I told you never to raise your voice in my presence,'' Dr. Devlin said
           looking right through her.
           ''Shut up Dad!'' Julie snapped.
''Julie, be quiet! Or I will haunt you forever!'' Devlin smirked.
''Julie, why don't you loosen up and relax! These ghosts deserve to have
some fun, after all you did murdered them!'' Luke smiled.
''You are being paid to complete a job! I insists you do it!! I want these
           ghosts gone now!'' Julie ordered.
''Gee, Julie, you are still trying to get rid of us again. If I known didn't like
working with me at General Hospital, you could of just told me instead of
killing me at the Nurses Ball!'' Jake said glaring at her.
''And you had the nerve to strangle me right at GH!'' Grace said angrily.
''And if you didn't get so confused at the Halloween party, I would be alive
and Joe Scanlon would be dead instead!'' John Kanelos said shaking his
           head in disapproval.
''Yeah, it was a shame. If I had known that Joe would be mumbling in the
future, he would of been chosen as my first victim!'' Julie said rolling her
           eyes.
''Hey don't forget me! I also was murdered by Julie too!'' Dr. May objected.
''You were?'' the group said in amazement.
''I'm outta here,'' Dr. May said in disgust and disappeared from their table.
''Well, Spencer? You beat me at the last game of poker. Will you let me have
a chance to win my money back?'' Devlin grinned wickedly.
''Forget it Devlin, you had two chances to outsmart me and you lost,'' Luke
said picking up his money on the table.
''Oh, honey, how much did we win tonight?'' Laura said kissing him.
''Plenty,'' Luke said kissing her tenderly.
''Yeah, Dad. It's not often you win a poker game against the dead,'' Lucky
           said hugging his dad.
''Well, Luke, you could receive more money if you actually captive my
           ghosts,'' Julie said loudly.
''Get someone else to do your dirty work, Julie! These General Homicide
Murder victims deserve a life even if they are dead! Come on, Laura, and
Lucky, let's head home!'' Luke said angrily as the Spencers departed her
           room.
''Dad, why don't you and your friends take a hike!'' Julie yelled.
''No problem. But don't get too comfortable, we'll be back!!'' Devlin smirked
as he, Jake, John, and Grace disappeared.
Afterwards Julie sank to the floor, ''Thank goodness, the General Homicide
           reunion is over!!''
And for the Spencers, I am not recommending their Ghostbuster Agency to
           anyone!!''''

           Chapter 27-The Session
           Ferncliff
           Julie's Room
           August 30, 1999
           10:30 AM

''Are you sure Dr. Locke wants to see me again?'' Julie asked in disbelief.
''Yes, and she is coming any minute. She was sorry she couldn't come and
counsel you after the first time you met her. But her mother became really ill
and she had to leave town for a while!'' Dr. Rimmer said.
Suddenly the door knocked and opened. To her surprise, Dr. Lock came in
           with a familiar guest.
''Matt Harmon! What are you doing here?'' Julie said in shock.
''Nice seeing you too,'' Matt said coldly.
''Julie, I have brought Matt here, so you could make amends to him. After
all, you did nearly killed him!'' Rachel stated.
''You got be kidding. I don't recall trying to murder Matt,'' Julie said
           shaking her head.
''Really, that is day I will never forget! This is a waste of my time! I'm out of
here, Dr. Locke!'' Matt said wheeling out the room.
           ''Matt, wait!!!'' Rachel yelled.
Then she turned to Julie, ''We aren't finished! I will be back.''
Then Rachel dashed out the room and slammed the door hard. Then she
began to run after Matt, who was leaving Ferncliff.

           Recovery Room
           Matt's Apartment
           September 1, 1999
           7pm

''Why are here at Matt's place?'' Julie asked Dr. Rimmer.
''I don't know, Julie. Dr. Locke did say it was necessary for us to come here
for your therapy today,'' Dr. Rimmer commented.
''Hello, Julie,'' Dr. Locke said as she entered the room.
''Why are here, Dr. Locke?'' Julie asked angrily.
''We are here to recreate an event?'' Rachel said mysterious.
Then she clapped her hands, ''Let's began, it is August 8, 1998. It is ordinary
day, nothing out of unusual at all. But starting today, Matt's Harmon life
           will change forever.''
''What? Did Matt discovered the cure for the common cold,'' Julie snickered.

           ''Shh!!'' Dr. Rimmer whispered.
Suddenly the bedroom curtains opened and Matt came wheeling out wearing
nothing but a towel. He immediately headed toward the bathroom.
Julie, Dr. Rimmer, and Rachel followed Matt inside, and proceeded to shut
           the door.
Then Matt left his wheelchair and sat on his bench. Then took off his towel,
           revealing a speedo.
''Drat, why did he have to be wearing that speedo?'' Julie asked outloud.
''Hey, Dr. Devlin. This reenactment is only rated PG!'' Rachel replied back
           quickly.
Then Julie became quiet and said nothing more.
As Matt began to shower, the lights suddenly shut off. Matt reached for his
other light in by his shelf, then he yelled, ''Aughh!!!!!''
Then sparks flew from the light as Matt cried in pain. Matt immediately
grabbed the shower curtain, and fell to the floor.
Then without warning Mike burst through the door, hitting Julie on the
           shoulder accidentally.
           ''Ouch!'' Julie said in pain.
''Shh, Julie. Watch what happens next,'' Dr. Locke said quietly.
Mike kneeled by Matt and immediately
located his pulse by his neck.
''He's alive. But who would want to electrocute Matt......I know, who it is!!!!!
There could only be one person who could be responsible....the General
Homicide Killer And her name is Julie Devlin!!'' Mike shouted loudly.
Then Mike picked up his cell phone and dialed a number.
A minute later, Frank and another EMT burst through the door.
''What happened with Matt, Mike?'' Frank asked as he and other EMT put
           Matt on the gurney.
''It was the General Homicide Killer, Julie Devlin. She tried to murder Matt
but is she failed,'' Mike declared.
''So, Victor was right about Julie after all. Guess we should of listen to him
earlier,'' Frank said shaking his head.
''Yes, you should of,'' Victor said walking into the bathroom.
''Dr. Julie Devlin. So you thought you could get away with murder. Your
reign of terror is now over!! Victor said pointing his finger at her.
''Hey, this crap never happened at all when I tried to electrocute Matt!'' Julie
           started yelling.
Matt opened his eyes, and sat up on the gurney.
He looked coldly at her and said, ''Finally, Julie. You admit the real truth!''
''You aren't hurt!'' Julie asked puzzled.
''No, it was all an act to get you confess what you did to me,'' Matt yelled.
''So, I lied to you at Ferncliff that I tried to kill you. Big deal!'' Julie said
           smugly.
''See Julie, you do remember that day. Now apologize to Matt and make
amends to him!'' Dr. Locke instructed calmly.
''Never! I don't feel one ounce of guilt for trying to kill Matt. The only thing
I regret is not finishing the job!'' Julie said coldly as she glared at him.
''I knew you wouldn't feel guilty, Julie. Alteast I got my revenge today by
reenacting your failed murder attempt. You must of looked like a real idiot
to Cooper when you messed up on this murder attempt,'' Matt smirked.
''Shut up Harmon! And by the way, next time, I won't fail!!'' Julie
           threatened.
''Julie!! I can see you have not learned a thing from my reenactment therapy
today. Now, be sorry and apologize to Matt this instant,'' Dr. Locke
           demanded.
           ''Fine!!'' Julie snapped.
Then she started walking toward Matt, but suddenly she stopped. She turned
around and started to strangle Dr. Locke.
''Rachel, that is your name, right! By the way, I hate your kind of therapy. I
always thought Kevin was bad, but you are the worst psychiatrist in history!
And I am going to make sure, that you will counsel no one again!'' Julie
laughed wickedly as she continued to strangle her.
''Help!!'' Rachel managed to gasped out.
Suddenly Julie felt herself being pulled away from Rachel by two Ferncliff
           guards.
''Take her to the prison van, now!!'' ordered Dr. Rimmer.
Afterwards Rachel rubbed her neck and started applauding.
''Frank, the other EMT, Victor, Mike and Matt thank you for your
           wonderful performance today!'' Rachel smiled.
''Your welcome, Dr. Locke. My favorite part of the reenactment was when
Julie tried to kill you.'' Mike chuckled.
''Shut up!! I got Julie to admit she tried to electrocute Matt right,'' Rachel
           said smugly.
''Ah, she already did. She already confessed to Garcia that she electrocute
Matt at the PCPD,'' Victor smiled.
''Oh, so I didn't really accomplish anything,'' Rachel said looking
           disappointed.
''Oh, but you did. Once again, you found another way to angry Julie. I hope
you don't intend to counsel her again,'' Dr. Rimmer asked coldly.
''Oh, but I intend to! And someday I will cure Julie!'' Dr. Locke said as she
           walked out the bathroom.
''She is delusional if she thinks that!'' Matt commented.
''I know. But try telling her that,'' Frank chuckled.
''Well, I need to leave. See you later, guys,'' Dr. Rimmer said.
Then he smiled and departed the room
''How about I buy you guys dinner tonight for a job well done,'' Mike
           grinned.
''Ok!'' Frank, the other EMT, Matt and Victor said at once.

Meanwhile on the way back to Ferncliff, Julie was muttering to herself,''I
wonder what Rachel has planned for our next therapy session. Probably
having Lucy, and Eve bricking me up into a wall!''

           Chapter 28-One Stormy Night
           Ferncliff
           Julie's Room
           September 18, 1999
           1 AM

Julie tossed and turned in her bed as she could hear the rain falling down
hard. The sudden loud thunder had awaken her a few minutes earlier and
disturbed her sleep. She opened her eyes briefly then closed her eyes again.
Suddenly, she felt someone shaking her violently.
She fluttered her eyes and gasped out loud, ''Greg Cooper!!!!!''
''That's right, Marcia!!!'' Greg's eye's flashed, ''Your dear old brother has
           come back for a visit!''
''How did you escape?'' Julie asked as she sat up in amazement.
''They forgot to lock the doors at the prison,'' Greg chuckled.
''How did you get past all the guards?'' Julie asked with curiosity!
''Oh, I knocked out a guard, stolen his uniform and walked out. At Ferncliff,
I simply entered in and pretended to be a Doctor here. They bought the
           whole thing!'' Greg smirked.
''Excellent! I'll get dressed. In no time, we can head for the Canadian
           border!'' Julie said excitedly .
Then she ran to the bathroom and got dressed.
''That was the plan, my dear sister!'' Greg smirked
Julie noticed that Greg had changed his clothes too. He was now wearing a
Canadian T-shirt as well as waving a flag as she re-entered the room.
''Greg, we need to be subtle, not obvious at the boarder!! They'll spot us in a
minute with your stupid disguise'' Julie said shaking her head.
''Fine, do you have a better idea to escape to the boarder!'' Greg growled
''Nobody is going anywhere!!'' A man voice exclaimed loudly.
           ''Who said that?'' Greg demanded.
''It is I, Professor Victor Collins!'' he said walking into the room as thunder
           boomed outside .
''Professor Collins! I wonder when we would met again!'' Greg said walking
           forward.
''It was so very clever how you escaped from Prison. You must have very
sharp eyes to spot all those doors not locked!'' Victor said with admiration.
''Well, they don't call me a genius for nothing! By the way, how did know
that I escaped from Prison?'' Greg asked suspiciously.
''I hired an former spy to keep an eye on you!'' Victor stated proudly.
''Why didn't you call the PCPD, afterwards?'' Julie asked raising her
           eyebrows.
Both Greg and Victor burst out laughing leaving Julie very puzzled.
Finally Victor spoke up, ''Julie!! The PCPD can't even figure out their own
locker combination, much less catch a criminal. For instance; it was I, who
figured out you were the General Homicide Killer, not that bumbling Police
Commissor, Mac Scorpio! And I knew, sooner or later, Greg Cooper would
escaped from Jail. You can't keep a good psycho down!''
''No, you can't, Victor.... And don't forget your loyal sidekick, Kevin. He
came to your rescue when he knew that the killer was Julie,'' Greg pointed
           out.
''Ah, Kevin helped a great deal. He is so brilliant,!'' Victor smiled.
''Oh, really. How come he didn't know I was the General Homicide Killer
after the first murder!!'' Julie asked smugly.
''Well, if Kevin and the PCPD had listen to me along time ago, you would
thrown into Ferncliff much sooner. I told them that I saw you kill Grace, but
noooo they wouldn't believe me. They thought I had made the whole thing
           up!'' Victor said sarcastically.
''Well, everybody thought you were crazy. Weren't you in a mental
           institution for years,'' Taggert asked.
''Yes, I was but..'' Victor stuttered.
''So that doesn't explain why your son couldn't figure out that I was the
murderer until it was almost too late for you, Victor!'' Julie sneered.
''Well for a while, he was dating that awful Eve Lambert and mind went
down the toilet. But in a moment of crisis, his mind was restored to save me,
Frank, and I guess, Eve. Now that he is engaged to Lucy again, his mind has
           totally cleared up,!'' Victor smiled.
''Kevin dumped Eve,'' Julie chuckled, ''When?''
''On Labor day. Kevin dumped her, after he realized Lucy was the only
           woman for him!'' Victor grinned.
''How did he realized that?'' Greg asked with curiosity.
''Oh, because Lucy told him that she loved him at the Port Charles Annual
Labor Day picnic. She was only with Scott because she thought she lost
Kevin. My son, then admitted he only dated Eve because he thought deserved
someone less like her. Now, they have re-set their wedding date for New
Year's Eve. Isn't that romantic!'' Victor sighed.
Greg burst out laughing and said, ''How did Evie react!''
''I loved Kevin dumping me. I had no problem that he used me the whole
time we dated!!'' Eve said sarcastically as she walked in with Detective
           Taggert.
''Eve and Taggert! What are you doing here?'' Greg asked innocently.
''We came to visit Julie for our late night game of Scrabble... Duh!! I am here
to arrest Greg Cooper for breaking out of Jail!'' Taggert said rolling his eyes.
''Taggert! Arrest Professor Collins for helping Greg escape!'' Eve yelled out.
''Eve, don't you have better things to do than harass Detective Taggert and
get me arrested for the 10th time!'' Victor said looking irritated.
''No! Since Kevin dumped me. I had found new ways to amuse myself. Like
following my ex's father, and getting him in trouble every chance I get!'' Eve
           snarled.
''Well, you certainly succeeded!! The last time, you had me thrown in jail for
jaywalking.... You are just ticked because I threw a party to celebrating
Kevin dumping you.... By the way, Lucy has more class than you'll ever
have. She would never in a million years given Kevin a stupid race car!''
           Victor smirked.
''A race car!! How corny is that!'' Julie chuckled.
''Well, I will not stand for being insulted. I'm leaving!!!'' Eve yelled.
''Will you sit instead?'' Greg laughed.
''I'm outta of here!'' Eve said storming out the room.
''Well, Cooper. Time to return back to your cell. As for you, Victor. Next
time, if you find out Greg escaped. You call me, okay,'' Taggert said cuffing
Greg and leading him out the door.
''Sure!'' Victor said rolling his eyes.
''It's Dr. Cooper to you. And I will escape again, I promise you that!'' Greg
           yelled out the door.
''And I will catch you again, I promise you that!'' Victor said following after
           him.
''Finally! I can go back to sleep!! Julie said jumping back on her bed.
She turned out the lights and heard the thunder boom outside.
She said to herself, ''At least the storm outside is much quieter than those
           idiots that just dropped by.''
Then she closed her eyes and went back to sleep.
